Gil Alumni, Lizzie Wilson, Recipient of 2020 Edward Kidder Graham Award

Lizzie Wilson, a former Giller and undergraduate Psychology major, is the recipient of the 2020 Edward Kidder Graham Award.


The Edward Kidder Graham Award is named for Edward Kidder Graham (president of the University of North Carolina, 1914-1918) and honors the graduating senior who has made the most outstanding contribution to the University through his or her work as a member of an officially recognized student organization. The recipient will have demonstrated consistent leadership, dedication, and innovation within the organization, contributed to the organization’s strength, vitality, and longevity, and assisted the organization in supporting the overall mission of the University.


Lizzie was recognized as she has been a leader in Helping Give Away Psychological Science (HGAPS), a club and non-profit that disseminates evidence-based psychological science to those in need. Lizzie was honored at the 2020 Chancellor’s Awards Ceremony, the only campus-wide recognition program at UNC.
